Aluminum Perforated Plate

Perforated aluminum plate refers to a rectangular material with a rectangular cross-section and uniform thickness obtained by pressure processing (shearing or sawing) of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy materials.
The perforated board is to punch holes in different materials.
Material: stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, iron plate, low carbon steel plate, copper plate, etc.
Process: Different metal plates are cut to the appropriate size and punched on the CNC punching machine.
Hole type: round hole, square hole, prismatic hole, triangular hole, five-pointed star hole, oblong hole, etc.
Perforated boards are widely used in real life, and can be used as decorative boards, which are beautiful and generous. Can be made into various utensils, corrosion-resistant, durable. Can be made into kitchen utensils resistant to high temperature.
The perforated aluminum plate commonly used as building skin is made of aluminum, copper, stainless steel and other metal plates with good weather resistance as raw materials. The regular or irregular hole effect on the surface of the plate is formed by mechanical punching, forming a special hollow texture and texture. The early perforated aluminum plates were mostly made of holes with relatively simple and regular shapes (square, rectangle, circle, cross, etc.) arranged neatly or dislocated according to certain rules. Holes of different shapes, sizes, densities, and arrangements bring rich and varied surface forms to metal sheets, thus laying the foundation for personalized architectural skin creation. Along with people's pursuit of artistic beauty, perforated aluminum panels have also begun to jump out of regular and conventional hole forms, and irregularly arranged hole textures and patterned plates with various hollow patterns have appeared, which have more and more artistic material forms.
Specifications and characteristics of perforated aluminum plate:
◆The size of conventional boards is within 1300×4000mm, and large boards can also be customized.
◆The conventional plate thickness is 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, etc.
◆Diverse types: design of color, hole type, punching rate, etc.
◆It can be customized on demand to meet the individual needs of customers.
◆Simple and flexible installation and maintenance, reducing installation and maintenance costs.
◆The aluminum alloy material can be recycled and reused, which is green and environmentally friendly.
◆Quality assurance, durable.
Perforated aluminum veneer can be divided into the following forms according to the decoration form: punched flat plate decoration, hollowed out plate decoration, punched profiled plate, punched pattern decoration, concave-convex hole plate decoration, grille decoration, partial Point decoration.
Perforated aluminum panels are widely used in partial building renovations. It often forms a visual and psychological double contrast with a modern, industrialized, translucent image and traditional building materials, shapes, and colors. It is a traditional architectural form. Inject fresh blood and bring a new visual experience.

Characteristic machining technology

The main effect of perforated aluminum plate is sound attenuation, which is used for building walls, highways, railways, subways, tables and chairs, audio, mechanical equipment, etc. The hole types of punched aluminum plates are very diverse, such as fish scale holes, bridge holes, diamond holes, round holes, hexagonal holes, eight-character holes, cross holes, etc.

The equipment commonly used in drilling processing includes manual drilling, etching drilling, laser drilling, etc.:
1.Manual drilling
Manual drilling is a traditional processing method. The standard tolerance that can be achieved by drilling is IT10-IT11, and the surface roughness is Ra50-Ra12.5. Therefore, it can only process holes with low requirements or as rough machining of holes.

2.Etching drilling
Etching drilling is to remove the protective film of the area to be etched, and contact the chemical solution during etching to achieve the effect of dissolution and corrosion, forming the effect of concave-convex or hollow molding. Its advantages are: low cost, can be used to make various pass types, and can be processed in batches. The disadvantage is: there is waste water, and it takes a higher cost of reaction solution and deionized water. Chemical etchant may result in an incomplete and uneven etch.

3.Laser drilling
Laser drilling is the earliest practical laser processing technology. It has high power density and good spatial coherence. After the laser is focused, it is used as a high-intensity heat source to heat the material, so that the material melts rapidly and forms holes. Laser drilling is not affected by the soft, hard, brittle characteristics of the material, and can process almost any material. Its advantages are: no burrs, no pollution, hundreds of holes can be punched per second, various hole types can be designed at will, holes can be punched on any irregular surface, no mold is needed, and the whole process is automatically punched.
